World Health Day 2009

World Health Day 2009 was organised by the Department of Community Medicine, Sree Mookambika Institute of Medical Sciences on April 7^th. The theme of this year was ‘Save Lives – Make Hospitals Safe in Emergencies’. There was a Seminar for the Faculty members and a Poster Competition & Exhibition for the students. There was also a Free Medical Camp & Health Check Up at the SMIMS Rural Health Centre, Marappadi.
