An awareness program was conducted for the public on various population related topics on 11th July, 2009, the World Population Day. Around 120 people from the general public participated in the program. Medical Students presented the health topics and Faculty members answered the questions of the public. The program schedule was as follows.

There was lots of interaction from the public and numerous questions were asked and answered. All the participants were served tea and snacks. Overall it was a very enlightening experience for all the participants
